The traditional ticket purchasing method for small or mid-scale events posed challenges for both attendees and organizers. Customers had to physically visit the venue, wait in queues, and purchase tickets without prior availability knowledge. To solve this, we created a platform for users to discover nearby events and for promoters to manage seamlessly.

  • Location-Based Event Discovery: Users could explore and find events happening near their current location or a destination they planned to visit, enabling them to conveniently book tickets.
  • Streamlined Ticket Verification: Upon ticket purchase, the platform generated unique QR codes, facilitating efficient verification at the event venue and ensuring a smooth entry process for attendees.
  • Promoter-Centric Event Management: Event promoters could quickly create accounts, log in, and start creating events, enabling them to sell tickets and manage their events effortlessly. The simple event creation process empowered individuals from diverse backgrounds to promote their events effectively.

  • Multi-Event Management: Manually managing ticket sales and promotion for multiple events was time-consuming and inefficient for promoters.
  • Ticket Verification: Verifying tickets manually, especially during high-volume events, could lead to delays and congestion.
  • Limited Reach for Small/Mid-Scale Events: Small-scale event promoters faced difficulties in selling and marketing their events effectively due to their predominantly offline ecosystem.
  • Lack of Pre-booking: Offline ticketing systems did not allow attendees to pre-book tickets, leading to a first-come, first-served scenario at the venue.
